The Stage, Luxembourg, Belgium: Steinberg Real Estate + Finance advises Real I.S. AG on financing of office property “The Stage” in Luxembourg

Kriftel, 04.11.2021. The real estate consulting firm Steinberg Real Estate + Finance has advised the special AIF “BGV IX” of the Munich-based investment manager Real I.S. AG on the conclusion of the financing with a German bank for the acquisition of the office property “The Stage” in Luxembourg.

Excerpt from the press release of Real I.S. AG:

“The modern office building “The Stage” was completed in 2011 and is located on Avenue J.F. Kennedy in Luxembourg. The total lettable area amounts to 15,264 square metres, which is divided between six above-ground floors and 176 underground parking spaces. The property has “BREEAM In-Use” certification with a rating of “Very good”. The occupancy rate is 100 percent.

“The Stage” is centrally located on Kirchberg in the north-east of Luxembourg City. This part of the city is characterised by various European institutions, corporations, financial service providers and educational institutions. Furthermore, there are a variety of restaurants and leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity, as well as several tram stations.”
