Kriftel, 02.02.2022. The real estate consulting firm Steinberg Real Estate + Finance has advised the real estate special AIF “Themenfonds Deutschland II” of the Munich-based investment manager Real I.S. AG on the closing of the financing for the acquisition of the multi-tenant office building “Europahaus” in Darmstadt.

“Europahaus”, built in 2003, is located in Darmstadt’s submarket “Europaviertel” and offers a total leasable area of approximately 18,540 square meters, divided over 6 floors. In addition, 254 underground parking spaces and 46 outdoor parking spaces are available. The “Europaviertel” is part of Darmstadt’s North district. Within walking distance are the main train station as well as various residential and commercial buildings.
