Kriftel, 25.04.2022. The real estate consulting firm Steinberg Real Estate + Finance advised the open-ended real estate mutual fund “REALISINVEST EUROPA” of the Munich-based investment manager Real I.S. AG on the closing of the financing for the acquisition of the local shopping center “Piazza Center” in Gorinchem, the Netherlands.

“Piazza Center” is a local shopping center with a total leasable area of around 11,500 square meters. A total of 39 tenants are located in the center, many of which belong to national chains. The supermarket chains “Jumbo” and “Albert Heijn” act as anchor tenants. The center is centrally located in Gorinchem-West in the Dutch province of South Holland.
The “Piazza Center” offers both parking facilities and good public transport connections. The Gorinchem train station and various bus stops are within a few minutes walking distance. A parking deck with a large number of parking spaces is also available.”
