Kriftel, 15.12.2019. The real estate consulting firm Steinberg Real Estate + Finance advised the engineering company Hauhinco on the sale of its operational property in Sprockhövel. The property has 25,000 m² of land area and is developed with an office building with 3,300 m² of rental space and two production and storage halls with 6,500 m².
As part of a reorganisation of the company, Hauhinco decided to sell the real estate from its business assets and optimise the previously used space. By means of a structured bidding process by Steinberg Real Estate + Finance, it was finally possible to ensure that a fair sales price was achieved with the greatest possible transparency.
