The real estate consulting firm Steinberg Real Estate + Finance advised a law firm headquartered in Frankfurt am Main on the lease of additional office space in the WestendFirst office tower in Frankfurt am Main. The law firm doubled its previous space through the expansion and is thus preparing for further growth. In order to maintain the greatest possible flexibility in the successive expansion of the team, part of the office space was separated and temporarily sublet.
